About the Alford Historical Society
Our Mission and History
Incorporated in 1773, Alford is a small community in the Berkshires in Western Massachusetts, whose residents take great pride in its rich history. The Alford Historical Society was created to preserve, enhance, and enrich for future generations the history of Alford.
